Account Related

Once you sign up on Insta C.A., you get access to your account. 'My Account' page provides quick easy-to-use tools to keep track of all your transactions on Insta C.A. On your 'My Account' page you can:

  • Manage your subscriptions
  • Upload your documents
  • Interact with your C.A.
  • Update / edit payment info and personal data
  • Get help and support

Subscription Related

Each registered user is assigned a C.A. dedicated to ensure quality service delivery. If you have any questions, sign in to your Insta C.A. account and Select My CA. You will be directed to a chat room with your dedicated CA. Here you can ask all your questions anytime, from anywhere.

Once you click on Buy Plan, you will be directed to your cart which lists the details of the plan. If you wish to explore other related services click Add Another Plan and you will return to the services page. Similarly, you can easily delete plans from the cart before checking out.

Here's what you should do once your order is confirmed

  • Sign in to your Insta C.A. account
  • Go to My Documents, you will be directed to a page with the list of requisite documents
  • Upload the documents and complete your profile
  • Our CAs will take it forward from there.

Order Confirmation Related

Once your subscription has been confirmed and payment authorization has been received, you will receive an email containing the details of your subscription. In this mail, you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a listing of the service(s) you have ordered and a listing of the requisite documents.

Payment Pending Authorization: Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.

Payment Authorized, Order under Processing: Authorization has been received from the payment gateway and your order is being processed by the seller.

Order Cancelled: The order was cancelled.

Payment Related

There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Insta C.A. The prices listed for all the services are final and all-inclusive.

There will be additional courier charges for any documents to be delivered to your address for example in the case of delivery of DSC USB Key, you will be asked for an option for delivery before checkout.

We offer four ways in which you can pay:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets

Credit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Rupay credit cards.

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

Debit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

Here's how to buy Insta C.A. services using NetBanking:

  • Sign in to your Insta C.A. account.
  • Select the service you want to buy and click Buy Plan.
  • Select NetBanking as your payment method.
  • Review your order details, and then click Continue. You'll be redirected to the NetBanking website.
  • Sign in to your Insta C.A. account.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. You can email us on [email protected] or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

  • Net Banking 2-4 business days
  • Debit Card 5-7 business days
  • Credit Card 7-21 business days

Offers and Discount Related

An Insta C.A. promo code, also known as a coupon code, a credit code, referral code, or a discount code, is a special code issued by Insta C.A. which can be used by you to get discounts.

Each promotional code can be used only once. Unfortunately, Insta C.A. does not allow you to use two promo codes on one service. If you really want to use both promo codes, you can always take two services separately. No two promo codes can be applied at the same time.
Add the services you want to buy in your cart. Once you are on the cart page, you will see the list of services you've ordered along with the promo code. At checkout, enter the promo code and click the Apply button.
